How do I know if CodingSolutions is right for me?

We’re not a coding bootcamp. We provide a fast lane for the most qualified programming talent to connect directly with hiring decision makers at growing companies across the state of Alabama. Whether you’re at the top of your computer science class or have been coding for years on your own, we want to see your work.

Why should I use CodingSolutions to find a career?

Most programmers look roughly the same on a resume. Our hiring partners know that CodingSolutions candidates are vastly more qualified than the typical job applicant. We do the heavy lifting to make sure our candidates get priority consideration for career positions at a fair market rate.

How much does CodingSolutions cost?

As a candidate, you only owe the $50 application fee. That’s it. Seriously.

Upcoming Cohort Dates

Our Process : The Candidate Experience

Apply

Help us get to know you and your skills. We’re looking for the most promising recent programming graduates in the state, so don’t hesitate to brag on yourself. We review code from all applicants to assure we’re selecting only the best. Current cohort application deadline: January 15, 2020

Train

Accepted candidates will complete an six-week online training course with hands-on experience in team-based software development. Through building a real app, we’ll cover project management methods, developer tools, and communication best practices. Class via Zoom only lasts about one hour in the evening, so you can continue to complete your last semester or hold a job while you participate.

Match

At the conclusion of the training program, candidate profiles will go live on our employer matching platform. Browse companies you’d like to work with, and let them know you’re interested. Companies can also reach directly out to you. You’ll have phone and/or in-person interviews with the companies who are serious about you.

Hire

We place our candidates in front of hiring decision makers at top companies across Alabama, and all jobs are full-time employment. No contracts, freelanding, or part-time gigs. We always place programmers in career positions.
